日本青森縣的果農們所採收的蜜富士蘋果

讓蜜富士蘋果享受最自然的陽光，
及日夜溫差大的環境，而讓它形成結有糖霜的現象，
最大的特色就是切開後，可看見在果實靠近中心部位結有顏色似凍熟狀。

蜜富士蘋果的口感，具有甜中帶點酸，非常清爽甘甜及多汁美味，
放置冰箱冷藏後再食用，可感覺到那甘甜的美味從口中擴散開來。
蜜蘋果由於糖分的累積，在果實中心處會結有蜜腺，
因為甜..所以被稱為蜜蘋果..可不是爛掉的蘋果喲!!

另外，蘋果若放在溫熱的天氣裡，會加速蜜（糖份）的消失，所以建議放置冰箱冷藏。
